"In my 35 years with State Farm, this is the first time my agent won’t return my phone calls. When my policies were transferred to Brian’s office, following the well-deserved retirement of my former agent, the troubles began. Brian, please return my calls. Your team has been unable to resolve recurring issues for over six months now. Otherwise, I’ll simply move to another agent."

"Just wanted to say Thank You so very much Sally, Fromm Brain Moscaritolo department at State. This morning I called in and spoke with Miss Sally about getting a price change for my full coverage car insurance and she went over and beyond to make sure I was getting all the good benefits of having full coverage insurance cause. Especially with me having a teenage son, who is driving my car as well. They offer good Driver discount, and with him having taken drivers Education and passed their is an additional discount applied. However, Sally went over and beyond her marketing strategies. I really appreciate that and I look forward to doing continued business with them. Thanks Miss Sally again."

"In today's time customer relationships have vanished, most companies make you feel as if you are a number. Not a human, and all that matters is your money. But Ben treated me with the up most respect, like it use to be in the business world. Listen to everything I had to say. And told me about promotion that where available to me. Without being a pushy salesman, told the benefits and what they offered for me. And we ended up have a great conversation, he a genuine man with a lot of concern in life. Wasn't trying to get me off the phone was 100% professional and outstanding company representative. If companies had more employees like him working for them, it would make their companies 100% better.I feel like i know this man ,with only 1 phone conversation. Like on a personal level, you see I've been in business nearly 40 years tinting windows. And people know my on a personal level by name. And I felt that down to earth personality when I spoke to Ben.
